Why CoreAlign exists

After more than 17 years working inside complex organizations — leading cross-functional teams, designing operational systems, and navigating the gap between strategy and execution — Jacyline saw the same pattern repeat itself across every industry and org size.

Organizations were investing in tools, talent, and strategy — but still struggling to execute. Not because the people weren't capable, but because the systems weren't there to support them. Work had no clear home. Decisions didn't stick. Knowledge walked out the door every time someone left.

She founded CoreAlign to solve that — to bring the kind of operational clarity that most organizations only stumble into after years of painful trial and error, and deliver it with intention from the start.

Jacyline brings over 17 years of experience leading operational transformations across complex, fast-moving organizations. Her background spans business operations, data strategy, and cross-functional systems design — giving her a rare ability to see both the strategic picture and the practical path to getting there.

Throughout her career, Jacyline has worked with organizations at every stage — from lean, founder-led startups building their first real processes, to established enterprises untangling years of accumulated operational debt. She's led cross-functional teams, built data pipelines, designed governance frameworks, and implemented the platforms that tie it all together. Today she combines that deep operational expertise with emerging AI tools to deliver outcomes that weren't possible even five years ago.

What sets her apart isn't just the technical depth — it's the ability to translate complexity into clarity. To take the swirl of priorities, tools, and competing needs inside a growing organization and design something simple, practical, and sustainable out of it.

She founded CoreAlign because she saw too many capable organizations struggling not from a lack of talent or ambition — but from a lack of structure. CoreAlign is the firm she wished existed when she was on the inside.
